search of potential signs of life. The probe will also delve deeper into understanding the planet’s volcanic
activity and its role in maintaining Venus’s hostile environment.

**Spacecraft Design:**
The Yinhe Venus 2 spacecraft is expected to be more advanced than its predecessor, featuring new technologies
designed to withstand even harsher conditions on Venus. It will carry a suite of specialized instruments,
including a high-resolution camera, a spectrometer, and a radar system, as well as a landing module for collecting
surface samples.

**Timeline:**
If approved for launch, the Yinhe Venus 2 mission would likely follow the successful completion of the Yinhe Sun
Pro mission. The timeline for this mission is still being determined but is estimated to take around three years
to reach Venus from Earth.

A successful Yinhe Venus 2 mission would significantly deepen our understanding of Venus and its unique
environment. It would also demonstrate China’s commitment to scientific discovery in planetary research, as well
